Since my Website is on FortuneCity I recommed the same. It offers 20 MB of disk space plus free a email address service which on it's own is excellent. Uploading is a cinch, Fortunecity offers browser bases software to upload files.
Geocities also offers a pretty good service which is at par if not better than Fortune City. The only drawback is that they offer less disk space otherwise Geocities free email service is better and Geocities has over a million members !
*Note* I've just listed two Free Web Hosting Services becuase I feel these two are the best and the rest of the sites (while some offer good services) are a waste of time.
